Start Tier II or higher Cursed on Paradox Junction. Survive to Round 60.
Equip Mr. Peeks' Field Upgrade and hit the Mystery Box until you obtain Mr. Peeks, then activate the Field Upgrade and pick it up in both versions of Nuketown.
After picking up both Mr Peeks, place them on the Mailbox of the Yellow House on both versions Nuketown by interacting with the Mailbox.
On Round 60, the mailbox at Yellow House in either Nuketown opens, revealing an Ultra Rarity Knife. Feel free to Pack-a-Punch it.
A Red-Mouth Shock Mimic will spawn. Kill it using the Ultra Rarity Knife.
A red portal spawns above the Green House door in Destroyed Nuketown.
Your armor plates are removed and max health is cut by 50% — essentially a 2-hit down.
Iron Core Augment for Jugger-Nog is a must.
Aether Shroud for emergency breathing room.
Bring Salvage + Disciple Injector for zombie waves.
War Machine for HVTs.
