Start any tier of Cursed Mode on Totenreich and survive to Round 20.

Buy a Sniper from the wall with a Scope or get one out of the box.

You have to look at a total of 4 totems and remember how many Deer skulls are attached to each Totem.
Eidskallen Landing - Stand opposite Rampage Inducer near barbed wire. The altar sits on the shoreline to the southwest.
Core Foundry / Dry Dock - Stand in Dry Dock just before the door to War Factory, look up at the cliff to the west.
Tyr's Foot - Stand with your back to Tyr's Foot look northwest toward the mountain.
Burial Grounds - From Skallen Market, head northeast and look up at the cliff edge above the Burial Grounds.
